We are excited to announce we have recently added new team members in order to accommodate our continued success and growth in the market and to aid in providing the best possible service to our customers and partners.

New to the Open Options development department is Jonathan Allen, who comes to Open Options with an extensive development background and wealth of technical knowledge. Allen served in various development roles at Milliman USA for nearly a decade before joining Lennox International where he has spent the past four years as a senior applications developer, and most recently, applications supervisor. At Open Options, Allen’s immediate responsibility will be to assist in the architecture and writing of the next version of Open Options’ Flex API software and related services.

Aaron Ocampo joins Open Options as a technical support representative, where he will be responsible for providing personal customer support for dealers and end users. Prior to Open Options, Ocampo spent over eight years serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he most recently held the rank of Sergeant. During his time in the military, Ocampo was an avionics technician for various aircraft platforms and systems. He also directly supervised quality assurance and maintenance, which included safety and security of all assets and personnel.
