This seems to be a reoccurring problem.
Have door alerts turn on in DNA Fusion to send me a email when certain doors are accessed by users. The rules I have set are
Card <All Cards> Rule <None> Time Schedule is Blank Event Type Access Granted
Card <All Cards> Rule <None> Time Schedule is Blank Event Type All Events
Under E-Mail Enable I have
An ALARM occurred at %TIMEDATE% at Site: %SITE%. The Alarm Occurred at Address: %ADDR%, %ADDRESS% with an alarm Message 0f: %MESSAGE%.%PERSON%
Card #: %CARD% belonging to %PERSON% was used at %ADDR%: %ADDRESS%. This card is %CARDFLAG%! Access message was %MESSAGE%.
It is sending alerts with their names when some one access the door but then it stops for no reason and then it starts back working again. Not familiar with DNA Fusion, is there a setting I need to check.
