One of two things hardware / triggers was deleted from the database but left in panel memory. If so reset the controller.
The hardware generating the events descriptions are not cached in memory. restart the dnadrvr32 driver to see if it clears up.
If you can submit the dna diagnostics from the DNA server we can look for other issues.
