    Hi Ted and Lane, Sorry I didnt see that you responded! So just trying to run any reports really. If we pull a cardholder report the trace history may show that John Doe used the card at 8AM this morning on the Card screen under the ‘Last Used’ section but if you click ‘Trace History’ and choose “trace’ it comes back blank. If you try to run a event history report within the application for a cardholder/door it will also come back blank. If we run a direct SQL query against the database for the same time we get back the expected results.
