TB 19.1 – General Access Denied Error on DNA Fusion Client Login

Topic: Failure to login. Reason: General Access Denied.

Applies to: All versions of DNA Fusion

Summary: The client workstation failing to log in to the DNA Fusion application server (while the other clients on the domain have no issues) is related to Windows permissions.

Resolution: The windows user that is currently logged in must be granted permission to access the DCOM/MSDTC services on the Application Server.  Download full technical bulletin for steps to resolve.
