Issue: Receiving the error message: "A security package specific error occurred."
Solution: This error is received when the DNA Fusion client requests a Kerberos ticket for the COM+ application or the
DCOM service, but the user’s account does not have a Service Principal Name (SPN) identified. To resolve the issue, the
SPN will need to be registered.

Topic: Using the Legacy Access Level Converter
Summary: Open Options does not support Legacy Access Levels in FusionX. Using Global Access Levels will be the only method of assigning access levels. For sites to migrate from using Legacy Access Levels to access levels in FusionX, the Legacy Access Level Converter converts existing SSP-based access levels to an equivalent Legacy group and reassigns any associated cardholders access from the SSP-based level to the new Legacy group.
