Open Options Kicks off 2017 with National Sales Meeting
Earlier this week, Open Options employees gathered for the company’s National Sales Meeting, an annual event where the team reviews the successes of the previous year, sets goals for the upcoming year, and celebrates with well-deserved honors and accolades.
At this year’s meeting, our sales force was divided into three groups by region – West Coast US, Central US, and East Coast US – to meet with each of the Open Options department managers. This small group setting was highly beneficial in discussing and building on the progress made in 2016 and setting new objectives and initiatives for 2017.
Members of the sales team who performed beyond expectations were acknowledged during the company-wide portion of the meeting. For the second year in a row, Texas Sales Manager Scot Sturges took home salesperson of the year, while Mid Atlantic Sales Manager Bill Meekins was awarded largest growth territory for 2016. Sturges, Charles Johnson (Southeast US region) and Dan Cosgrove (Great Lakes region) each received awards for their individual achievements. Additionally, Open Options’ IT Administrator, Chuck Mentz, and National Sales Engineers John Hubbard and William Murphey were rewarded for their efforts and exemplary contributions to the company.
Also recognized was Open Options’ Purchasing Manager, Anthony Shea. Shea has been with Open Options since December of 2006, and he celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the company in 2016.
Open Options enjoyed a great 2016 with incredible growth, new team members, and several enhanced product offerings and partnerships. Congratulations to the entire Open Options team. We are looking forward to a productive and successful 2017!
