Open Options Unveils Live Demo of Award-Winning Mercury MS Software House® Bridge This Week at ASIS 2016 Booth 2661 in Orlando

Addison, TX (September 13, 2016) – Leading access control provider Open Options is highlighting its dedication to open platform solutions with a live demonstration of Mercury Security’s latest integration, the award-winning MS Bridge hardware platform for pro versions of Software House panels. The live demo is on display this week at Open Options Booth 2661 at ASIS 2016, the popular annual international security seminar in Orlando.

Mercury’s latest bridge allows Software House customers to migrate to an open hardware platform and gain a choice in access control software such as Open Options’ DNA Fusion. The solution won the just-announced Security Products Magazine New Product of the Year Award in the Access Control Software/Controllers category at ASIS 2016.

“We’re excited to join with Mercury in offering yet another joint open-platform access control solution,“ said Open Options Vice President of Marketing Brent Doherty. “We continually work with leading security providers to develop integrations that give end users a choice in their access control products and we are proud to be one of the few ASIS 2016 participants offering a hands on demonstration of this award-winning product.”

The Mercury Security Software House MS Bridge solution dramatically simplifies the migration to the latest access control systems, such as DNA Fusion access control software, while also creating an easy path to future upgrades as an organization evolves and new technologies are introduced. The award-winning MS Bridge series offers “screwdriverless” upgrades from legacy Software House hardware to open, interoperable systems. To upgrade, customers simply disconnect the Software House pro board and connect the appropriate Mercury MS Bridge panel for an easy changeover to the Authentic Mercury open platform.

ASIS is being held this week, Sept. 12-15, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. It is one of the largest security shows in the world. More than 20,000 professionals from around the globe attend to discuss the latest trends in security and to learn more about product solutions.

ASIS attendees can visit Open Options at ASIS Booth 2661 to experience the best in access control software – DNA Fusion – on its various platforms (including web and mobile) and to see how the latest integrations enhance the overall security solution.
