The integration of the BioConnect biometric solution was completed using the Fusion Flex API to sync the biometric database with the DNA Fusion database and to allow for the enrollment of biometric templates in a seamless manner through DNA Fusion.

The Schlage HandKey II biometric HandReader seamlessly integrates with DNA Fusion™ to provide a secure and convenient biometric access control solution to meet your needs. The integration of the HandKey II with DNA Fusion™ allows you to add biometric security to critical access points fast, simply, and seamlessly in new and existing systems. The HandKey II measures and verifies the size and shape of a person’s hand. Through the use of hand geometry, users can truly verify who a person is as they access a door. An optional integrated proximity or smart card reader offers multi-factor authentication to provide even higher security for the most critical applications.

IDEMIA Biometrics

DNA Fusion integrates with the Morpho Manager BioBridge software via our powerful Flex API. Used with the IDEMIA Sigma Series readers, this integration provides advanced biometrics for your facilities. This integration allows both applications, DNA Fusion and BioBridge, to reside on the same machine or separate servers. The IDEMIA system syncs with the DNA Fusion system via the Flex API which eliminates the need for manual entry of personnel info into both systems separately. With this type of integration there are several ways to authenticate access at the readers including: biometric only, smartcard + pin, smartcard + biometric + PIN, or smartcard only.
