Did you know you can automatically set up a backup schedule with the Windows Task Scheduler? Full SQL definitely has great benefits, with one being the ability to schedule database backups, but if you do not have a full version of SQL you can still schedule backups to ensure your system can be easily restored with default Windows tools.
