The following courses are designed for authorized Open Options dealers/integrators.
Open Options training services equip our Dealer’s technical staff with the necessary skills to configure, install, operate, and troubleshoot Open Options products to a level that will meet or exceed their expectations. Most courses are a combination of lecture/lab instruction with emphasis on hands-on lab activities. Operational up-to-date system software and hardware simulates actual customer environment wherever practical.

This course is designed to offer a hardware overview as well as cover software installation, basic system setup, administration, and operation.

The Open Options Integration course is designed to cover the various integrations with DNA Fusion. The Open Options' world of open architecture allows for a number of integrations that compliment the core DNA Fusion access control software. This class will cover a number of key product integrations including NVR/DVR platforms, partner locksets, AXIS and ISONAS controllers, as well as visitor management.

Open Options training services and programs are designed to enable the system user to competently manage, program, configure, and operate the product. They include extensive hands-on time with the product. All end user classes are scheduled on an individual basis. Please contact your sales representative for more information on end user classes.

Course on just those modules that the user will be accessing -- ideal for operators or those who only use limited parts of the database.

Course provides the learner with the knowledge to design and print badges. It includes topics such as importing backgrounds and images, capturing signatures, using static and dynamic text, as well as implementing bar codes and magnetic stripes on badges.
